Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team at M W Phillips Chemist. This role is crucial in providing support to both patients and healthcare professionals by efficiently managing the front-end operations of a medical facility. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

If you would like to be part of our pharmacy family, opportunities have arisen within our organisation and we can offer a part-time positions at our branch in Leamington Spa. We are looking for friendly and caring person, and as well as having some pharmacy experience, this is not desirable, we are looking for the right candidate who is willing to chat with customers and get stuck in!

Some of your duties will involve helping customers both across the medicine counter and in the dispensary; you’ll provide medicines and healthcare advice. You will assist with sales and displays and promote healthcare services. No two days are the same. If there is a business need, you will be required to travel between pharmacies which will broaden your pharmacy experience.

Hours to be expected:

36 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am - 6pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break & Saturday 9am - 1pm).
