This is a hands-on role that requires regular presence at both Edinburgh and Falkirk venues.

  • Edit content to a professional standard suitable for digital marketing campaigns.

Creative Campaign Support

  • Work with the Marketing & Social Media Lead to support campaigns and promotions.

  • Identify opportunities to create engaging and viral content.
  • Create content that reflects the Xtreme Karting brand and customer experience.

  • Produce content optimised for each platform.
  • Assist with content scheduling and content calendars.
  • Monitor trends, sounds, formats and platform developments.
  • Support influencer visits and promotional events.

Brand Storytelling

  • Showcase customers, events, staff and venue experiences.
  • Create content that encourages engagement, shares and bookings.
  • Help strengthen brand awareness and audience connection.

Requirements

  • Experience creating photo and video content for social media.
  • Strong videography and photography skills.
  • Experience editing content using software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for storytelling.
  • Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • Experience working within entertainment, leisure or hospitality sectors.
  • Drone photography/videography experience.
  • Graphic design skills.

What We Offer

  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Performance-related bonus scheme.
  • Creative freedom and ownership of projects.
  • Access to exciting entertainment experiences and events.
  • Staff discounts and free venue activities.
  • Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding business.

Before You Apply...

We're not looking for generic applications.

We want to hear from people who are excited by the opportunity to help grow one of Scotland's most exciting entertainment brands.

Tell us why you're the right person for this role.

What skills, ideas and experience would you bring to Xtreme Karting? How would you help us grow our audience, increase bookings and strengthen our brand? What opportunities do you see that others might miss?

Whether you're a marketing strategist, social media expert, content creator or all of the above, we want to understand what makes you stand out.

Please include:

  • A short introduction about yourself.
  • Examples of work you're most proud of.
  • Links to social media accounts, portfolios, campaigns or content you've created.
  • Any ideas you already have for promoting Xtreme Karting and Combat VR.

Standard applications and generic cover letters are unlikely to progress.

Show us your creativity, your personality and your ambition. Sell yourself to us in the same way you'd sell our brand to potential customers.

We're looking for people who can make an impact, not simply fill a role.
