About us

The Old Bakery is a small business in Kenilworth. We are agile.

  • Possesses superior non-verbal customer service skills
  • Smiles! Smiling is also important!

Responsibilities

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Maintains a clean and tidy pub area and bar
  • Barista trained necessary

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Experience:

  • Hospitality: 3 years (required)
  • customer Service: 3 years (required)
  • Bartending: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Personal Alcohol Licence (required)
