Vixen & Blush is a very busy hair extensions salon in Central London.

We are looking for a Receptionist/Front of House/Client Relations Assistant - a very central role in our salon ecosystem.

We hope to meet a dynamic, well-presented, compassionate and bright person who has the desire and capacity to deliver exceptional client care to every client who walks in the door, or reaches out to us online.

Vixen & Blush is a tight-knit and hard-working team who is at the forefront of the niche area of hair extensions services in London and the UK. We have, since 2011, been driven to lead the industry in offering exceptionally high-quality services and natural-looking results for clients. We believe this feat begins and ends with excellent communication skills; the role of Client Relations Manager is therefore one of our most important and visible roles within the business.

We are looking for someone who ...

- holds experience in maintaining excellent client communications in a face-to-face environment, preferably within the hair and beauty industry

- Is positive, calm and confident

- is well-presented

- is truly compassionate to the full spectrum of clients' needs

- is competent with digital communications and devices

- can work effectively in a small team, with defined roles and responsibilities

- Feels confident in keeping accurate notes and lists (likes 'attention-to-detail')

- is a naturally good communicator

- has a 'problem-solver' attitude

- enjoys when other people feel good about their new hair!

Duties Include

- Being the first point of contact for inward bound communications

- managing client queries

- effectively managing complaints and concerns from clients alongside salon managers

- prioritization of different communication channels

- optimizing diary availability

- working with our salon software to maintain our front end view for clients online

- liaising with salon manager throughout the day with regards to diary management

- Engaging with clients from the very first impression when they enter the salon, ensuring excellent client care throughout their journey.

Hours - part time

To be discussed at interview

Optional Overtime available, to buildup Time in Lieu, or additional pay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
