DEALERSHIP HOST/RECEPTIONIST -VOLVO BRADFORD- 25 HOURS PER WEEK - MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00AM-2:00PM - £12.71

We are looking for a receptionist/dealership host to work in our BRADFORD dealership on one of two front reception desks.

You will be responsible for answering the telephone, meeting and greeting customers, hosting the customer reception area and light administrative duties.

As the first person the customer sees you will create a friendly but professional first impression. You will have an outgoing personality, a very smart appearance and an excellent telephone manner.

You may have previously worked in a customer facing role and will strive to deliver outstanding customer service.

Experience of Microsoft Office is required.

Interviews will be arranged through indeed emails and you will be required to confirm attendance. Please check regularly and check your junk folder.

Arrival & Registration

  • Parking: On-site parking is available for candidates.

  • Please allow a few minutes to park and complete registration before the event begins.

Morning Assessments

Following registration, candidates will take part in a combination of individual and group assessments. These activities are designed to give you an opportunity to demonstrate your customer service skills, communication, teamwork and approach to problem-solving.

Afternoon Interviews

Candidates who are successful in the morning assessments will be invited to stay for lunch and participate in further interviews during the afternoon.

Please be prepared to remain at the venue for the full day if you progress to the next stage.
