Our administration team here at Change Grow Live plays an integral part in supporting our mission. The team provides administrative and clerical support, enabling our colleagues to focus on delivering services and ensuring that our service users receive the help they need to achieve their goals.

As the first point of contact, our administration team is the face of our service. Team members speak with service users face to face and over the telephone. They are non-judgemental, empathetic, and committed to making a real difference in people's lives.

Where: Swindon
Hours: Full Time 37.5 Hours
Contract: Permanent

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, salary and other payments will be calculated on a pro rata basis according to contracted hours.

Responsibilities:
About the role

  • Be the first point of contact within the service.
  • Provide organisational, administrative, and clerical services to the team, designed to contribute towards its aims and objectives.
  • Ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies, and Change Grow Live staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Process correspondence and complete data entry effectively, as required.
  • Take minutes at partnership and clinical meetings, as required.
  • Collate, monitor, and report data, information, and statistics, as required.
  • Carry out photocopying, as required.
  • Ensure that all administration, record-keeping, and communication within the project are maintained.

About you

  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, and other Microsoft applications.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance while maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
  • Confident and effective verbal and written communication skills, along with solid numeracy skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to take responsibility for your own personal development, identify personal training needs, and participate in regular supervision and appraisal.
  • Minute-taking experience would be an advantage.
