Essential Requirements

• A genuine desire to train and qualify as a Dental Nurse and build a long-term career in dentistry.

• An interest in social media, photography and content creation, with enthusiasm for developing creative skills.

Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service or social media is an advantage but is not essential. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and commitment to learning.

Your Role: Three Opportunities in One1. Train to Become a Qualified Dental Nurse

We are committed to supporting your development and helping you work towards a recognised Dental Nursing qualification.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Receive training, guidance and mentoring from experienced dentists and dental nurses.
• Learn chairside assistance and how to support clinicians during dental procedures.
• Develop your knowledge of infection prevention, instrument decontamination and clinical safety procedures.
• Help patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their appointments.
• Build your confidence and practical skills through structured learning and hands-on experience.
• Work towards a recognised qualification and develop a long-term career in dentistry.

You do not need to be a qualified Dental Nurse already. Enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

2. Front of House and Patient Care

You will help create the welcoming first impression that our patients experience when they visit the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and professionally.
• Managing appointments and the daily diary using CareStack practice management software.
• Answering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
• Updating patient records and supporting digital forms and administrative processes.
• Helping the reception area run smoothly and efficiently.
• Communicating with colleagues to support an excellent patient experience.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and handling information responsibly.

You will develop valuable customer service, communication and organisational skills while becoming an important part of our daily operations.

3. Social Media and Content Creation

If you enjoy taking photos, creating videos or coming up with creative ideas, this is your opportunity to put those skills to use.

You will help showcase the people, personality and everyday life of Asquith House Dental across our social media channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Capturing photos and short videos of the practice, team and activities.
• Creating engaging, positive content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Helping plan and publish regular social media posts.
• Using tools such as Canva and CapCut, or learning how to use them with our support.
• Contributing fresh ideas to help communicate our practice culture and services.
• Following appropriate patient consent, privacy and confidentiality procedures when creating content.

Previous content creation experience is welcome but not essential. We value creativity, initiative and a willingness to learn.
