Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a lively environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry, working in a dynamic setting that values professionalism and team spirit. All positions are paid, including internships, and provide valuable experience in the food and beverage sector.

Responsibilities

  • Serve drinks and organise orders efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
  • Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments responsibly
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to all patrons, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Restock supplies as needed and assist with bar setup before opening hours
  • Follow licensing laws and health & safety regulations diligently
  • Assist with basic food service tasks when required, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management skills

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
  • Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous
  • Experience in serving or bartending roles will be beneficial but is not mandatory
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
  • Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for providing exceptional customer service
