Wages - £16.00ph - £20.00ph + holiday pay (Depending on experience)

As an Agency Relief Chef,you’ll step into key positions and deliver consistently excellent service. You’ll be expected to:

• Lead and support kitchen teams across a variety of venues
• Maintain high culinary standards and presentation under pressure
• Ensure smooth service during busy race days,football matches,corporate events,weddings,and concerts
• Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and teams
• Uphold food safety,hygiene,and compliance at all times

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cook to specification and opportunity for menu creation.
• Product Delivery,Standards and Innovation
• Cleaning the kitchen & it’s equipment
• Due diligence,Record food/fridge temps & wastage
• Liaising with Front of House Staff and Management.
• Stock Control,Waste Management and Finance
• Health & Safety,Food Hygiene and Maintenance
• Be aware of and adhere to Health and Safety at Work,COSHH and other legislation at all times.

What you need?

• Food Safety Level 2 certificate - From last 3 years
• Food Allergen certificate - From last 3 years
• Health & Safety Level 2 - From last 3 years
• You will have an NVQ Level 2/3 Professional Cookery or relevant experience in the role.
• Good Knowledge of food and passion for delivering high quality,affordable,on-the-go and sit-down meals.
• Eligible to work in the UK
• An eagerness to work hard & enthusiasm for your role
