Do you have a passion for Customer service?

Can you go the extra mile?

We currently have positions available within our front of house team. Shifts for these positions can be a mixture of day or evening shifts throughout the week and rotas vary from week to week to meet the needs of the business.

You do not necessarily need any experience but you do need to be able to demonstrate that you are a great team player as well as being able to work unsupervised during busy times and keen to learn, whilst building a strong rapport with our customers.

- Strong communication skills

- Good Knowledge of Alcoholic beverages

- Positive Attitude is a MUST

- Multi tasking

- A trustworthy candidate is essential

- Able to work under pressure (large workload in a short amount of time)

We do offer training on the following:

- Cocktail training

- Real ale training

- Cellar training

You will be required to potentially work:

-Bank Holidays - a must

-Mothers Day

-Easter Sunday

-Fathers Day

-Christmas Eve - a must

-Christmas Day - a must

-Boxing Day

-New Years Eve - a must
