Full job description

Part time experienced cook required to work in a residential Care home kitchen, located in the Heart of Gosforth.

To work on a rota, along side the Head Chef. On site training is available.

DBS is required, also 2 references prior to start.

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Coordinate food preparation with other kitchen staff

- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work area
- Assist with menu planning and development

- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.89-£20.84 per hour
