Customer Service Team Member – Multiple Locations Across South Yorkshire

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a supportive team? Munchies is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Team Members to join our growing team across our South Yorkshire locations.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every customer who visits Munchies. You'll be welcoming customers, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and working closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
  • Welcome customers and assist them with menu choices.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
