Full job description

Hi!

We are a small independent Spanish restaurant located in the vibrant Dyson Square off Sharrow Vale Road in Sheffield. We are a specialised in Spanish Cuisine, using traditional methods and adding some new techniques of modern cuisine. We pride ourselves in making homemade food turning excellent produce to great plates full of flavour We operate with a small family style team where job responsibility and versatility is essential.

The ideal candidate must have:

Full availability Fridays and Saturdays.

At least Level 2 in Food Hygiene and safety standards certificate.

At least 2-3 years experience Sous Chef - Head Chef.

Allergen Training Certificate.

Be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high standard.

Be able to work independtly and on your own on certain days, maintaning a good level of organisation to cope with service and preparation duties.

Experience in busy services and running a service on their own (on quieter days).

Be familiar with stock level checks, opening and closing procedures (including temperature checks, produce check, preparation checks, etc)
