Football Coach (Youth Development & Nursery Sessions)

Part-time | Coaching Pathway Available

Requirements (Essential):

  • Must hold a valid DBS (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Must have access to a vehicle and be able to drive

About the Role

Box to Box Academy is looking for a passionate and reliable football coach to join our growing coaching team.

This role combines early years football delivery within nurseries alongside supporting and delivering academy development sessions, providing a clear pathway for coaches looking to progress within a structured environment.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering fun, engaging football sessions in nurseries (ages 2–5)
  • Supporting and coaching within academy development sessions (ages 6–12)
  • Creating a positive, safe, and structured environment
  • Representing Box to Box Academy professionally at all times

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Passion for coaching and working with children
  • Positive energy and strong communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional

Desirable:

  • FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football (or working towards)
  • First Aid & Safeguarding (support can be provided)
  • Experience working in early years or grassroots football
