Job Description: Property Photographer – Worcester

About Us

Andrew Grant is a long-established estate agency specialising in both Sales and Lettings across Worcestershire and the surrounding areas. High-quality property marketing is central to how we present our clients' homes, with photography playing an important role in creating the best possible first impression.

We are looking for a talented and reliable Property Photographer to join our team on a part-time basis, covering the Worcester area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong eye for property photography who takes pride in producing natural, considered and consistently high-quality imagery.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £28,000 Pro rata, salary dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Photograph residential properties to a consistently high standard.
  • Capture comprehensive internal and external photography for property portals, brochures and wider marketing.
  • Select strong angles and compositions that accurately showcase rooms, features and space.
  • Consider property presentation before photographing, making small adjustments where appropriate.
  • Edit photography using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop or similar professional editing software.
  • Deliver completed photography promptly to the marketing team.
  • Produce accurate residential floorplans where experienced, or undertake training to develop this skill.
  • Manage appointments and travel efficiently within your designated area.
  • Communicate professionally with vendors, agents and the wider Andrew Grant team.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with a strong eye for photography and excellent attention to detail who can work independently and represent Andrew Grant professionally when visiting our clients' homes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong photography skills with a relevant portfolio.
  • A good understanding of composition, lighting and property presentation.
  • Experience using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop or similar professional editing software.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional and personable approach when meeting clients.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Property or architectural photography experience (desirable).
  • Experience producing residential floorplans or a willingness to learn.
  • Drone photography experience and/or certification (desirable).

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
