Your duties will include:

As an F&B Supervisor you will play a key part in delivering prompt exceptional customer service to our internal and external guests in order that the most professional and caring image is always portrayed. Your duties will include:

· To ensure the Restaurant Experience is delivered to the highest of expectations and if not an ability to rectify in a way that guest’s feel satisfied;

· To ensure the ambience and atmosphere is clean, fun, friendly and inviting;

· To demonstrate in depth knowledge of both the food and beverage menu with an ability to impart this knowledge to the whole team;

· To lead in a manner that befits the role and ensure the whole team do likewise;

· To be fully aware of and adhere to the health and safety regulations concerning your employment and promote and safe environment for yourself, your colleagues and our guests;

· To actively participate in the development of team members ensuring procedures are followed at all time;

· Adhere to licencing and food safety legislation and the company standards and procedures;

· Liaising with other departments.

About you:

  • Hotel/High Street Experience at minimum supervisory level is essential
  • Organised, structured and a ‘can do’ approach to work
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Punctual and good time management
  • Results orientated with strong commercial/financial awareness
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Pro-active and attention to detail
  • Hospitality experience in a similar environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends and service styles
