About the Job

We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress - Server who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for service to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in fine dining, works well in a team, and takes pride in providing seamless and elegant service.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and organization throughout service
• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests
• Collaborate with colleagues, the kitchen, and the bar to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in maintaining mise en place of the dining room and supporting the Head Waiter

About You

• Minimum one year of experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality
• Knowledge of service etiquette and restaurant operations
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced dining environment
