ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are a premium Spanish food and drink importer, wholesaler and ecommerce business based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. We are currently expanding our team and on the lookout for warehouse operatives working part-time or full-time hours to support our wholesale and ecommerce fulfilment warehouse within a busy operation. We are are Monday to Friday operation working during business hours.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will assist warehouse operations through daily picking, packing, and dispatching of orders, supporting the receipt of deliveries from suppliers, and helping with closing and cleaning procedures.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with all departments in a collaborative and communicative manner.

Our warehouse operation is fast-paced and active. We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a similar environment and can manage a varied and hands-on role. Full training will be provided. A strong work ethic, organisation, and a “can-do” attitude are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Picking, preparing, and packing items ready for dispatch
  • Supporting goods-in, unloading, and loading stock
  • Maintaining cleanliness and basic checks of the delivery vehicle
  • General warehouse housekeeping duties
  • Working alongside the existing warehouse team to meet daily targets

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to get stuck in
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible approach with the ability to handle a varied workload
  • Ability to work on your feet and lift items up to 30kg
  • Self-motivated with a drive to improve and succeed
  • Ideally you live local to our warehouse premises (LS23 7FG).
