Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food production, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to manage our team effectively. This role requires a passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, while fostering a positive team environment.
  • Oversee food production processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that align with current trends in the hospitality industry.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong culinary knowledge with experience in food production.
  • Demonstrated ability in team management and supervising staff effectively.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations.
