Dove House Academy are looking to recruit two part-time Administration Officer’s with responsibility for cover arrangements to start in September 2026.

The role of Administration Officer is vital in supporting the Senior Leadership and Administration Team. You will be part of a small friendly and cohesive team providing excellent administrative support. You will be a motivated and vibrant individual who enjoys working within an environment that is constantly busy.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high level of competency in ICT and have an excellent telephone manner. Candidates will have excellent organisational skills and understand the importance of confidentiality.

The working hours for this role are:

Mornings: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 12pm

or

Afternoons: Monday to Friday, 12pm to 4.30pm

You will work for 40 weeks of the year; however, you will be paid for 46.3 weeks. Your salary will be paid in 12 equal monthly instalments.
