Female Support Worker – Small, Friendly Homes (Horfield, Filton & Little Stoke)

At Willowbank Care, things are different.

We are a local, values led supported living provider with small, welcoming homes where staff have the time to build real relationships and genuinely improve people’s lives.

We are currently looking for female Support Workers to join our close knit team.
This is a genuine occupational requirement in line with the Equality Act 2010, due to the needs of the individuals we support.

What You Will Be Doing

This is more than just a job, it is about helping people live the life they choose.

You will support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs by:

Supporting everyday living such as cooking, cleaning and building independence
Helping with community activities, hobbies and appointments
Providing emotional support, encouragement and reassurance
Delivering personal care with dignity and respect where required
Working sleep ins and or wake nights as part of a fair rota

You will be part of a small, stable team,allowing you to really get to know the people you support.

Who This Role Suits

You do not need experience, we are much more interested in who you are.

You will be a great fit if you are:

Caring, calm and patient
Someone who enjoys helping others grow in confidence
Reliable with good communication skills
Flexible to work a range of shifts including some weekends and sleep ins

A full UK manual driving licence is preferred but not essential.
