Yaqub's Logistics are currently seeking for enthusiastic self-employed drivers in Birmingham and surrounding areas to deliver in behalf of Amazon.

Our Delivery Associates are people with 'can do' attitude and great customer service skills.

If you are self-motivated and are currently looking for a role where you can work without direct supervision, and have great attention to detail, then we want to hear from you!

Job details:

  • Route with £128.70 starting rate

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a van to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by delivering items in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilise driving skills to navigate efficiently and adhere to traffic laws.
  • Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed and ensure proper handling of goods.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Qualifications, experience, and skills required:

  • Minimum age is 23 due to insurance policy restrictions
  • Previous experience would be ideal
  • Full UK or EU driving License
  • No points such as DR – driving under the influence of or NI - driving with no insurance. Only 6 SP points are acceptable.
  • Able to lift up to 20kg
  • Van driving experience preferred
  • English at communicative level
