Full job description

An exciting opportunity to join our 4 star hotel reception team.

The successful candidate should have proven past experience in a similar position and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service; administrative; IT and numerical skills.

Previous experience using a front office computer system; preferably Guestline is an advantage; however full training will be given.

Permanent position working up to 4 days a week which will include a combination of weekdays and weekends. The role will require working early shifts from 7am; late shifts up to 10.30pm and some middle shifts such as 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm.

Starting rate of pay will be between £12.71 and £12.95 an hour depending on experience and in addition you will receive staff gratuities with your pay which are calculated on the number of hours you work.

Pay: £12.71-£12.95 per hour
