Concession Manager – Fashion Retail

Blue Vanilla & Pink Vanilla
Londonderry-Northern Irealnd

Part-time – 10 hours per week
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

About the Role

Vanilla Retail Group is looking for a Concession Manager to support our growing Blue Vanilla and Pink Vanilla brands across New Look and Matalan stores in Londonderry, Northern Ireland.

You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, managing stock, and building strong relationships with store teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and KPI performance
  • Maintain strong visual merchandising standards
  • Manage stock levels and replenishment
  • Conduct stock takes when required
  • Build relationships with store managers
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across all concessions

About You

  • Previous fashion retail experience
  • Strong visual merchandising skills
  • Organised and able to work independently
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
