Position Overview:

We are looking to recruit a team of Teaching/Activity Assistants, care support staff and sport coaches to lead and assist in our Short Breaks programmes in the Yorkshire area, with delivery in Barnsley, Wakefield and Kirklees. The programmes provide a wide range of physical activities to promote health and wellbeing, including fun games, crafts, sport and lots of socialising

for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and oversee activity sessions
  • Ensure all activities are inclusive, safe, and engaging
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress and development of participants

Working Hours:

  • holiday provision - 10.00am- 3.00pm
