  • Experienced in working with children and young people (essential)
  • Ability to work creatively and flexibly to meet the demands of the role.
  • Experienced in residential childcare (preferred but not essential)
  • Compassionate, resilient, and dependable
  • Passionate about helping children reach their full potential
  • Able to build positive relationships and support emotional well-being
  • Committed to learning and delivering therapeutic approaches to care
