- Experienced in working with children and young people (essential)
- Ability to work creatively and flexibly to meet the demands of the role.
- Experienced in residential childcare (preferred but not essential)
- Compassionate, resilient, and dependable
- Passionate about helping children reach their full potential
- Able to build positive relationships and support emotional well-being
- Committed to learning and delivering therapeutic approaches to care
