Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to be part of something energetic, fun, and rewarding? Join Let’s Leap as a Location Manager this summer and lead one of our vibrant, action-packed holiday camps!

Camp Activities Include:
Go-Karting, Bouncy Castles, Swimming, Zorbs, Fencing, Laser Tag, Multi-sports, Art's & Crafts - and so much more!

Holiday Periods:
October Half Term, Christmas Holidays, February Half Term, Easter Holidays, May Half Term, and Summer Holidays

Details:

  • Days: Monday to Friday (during school holidays)
  • Times: 7:45 am – 6:00 pm
  • Pay: £155 - £175 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Your Role as a Location Manager:

  • Lead and manage the smooth daily running of your assigned camp location.
  • Ensure the welfare, safety, and enjoyment of all children attending.
  • Manage and support a team of staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality, engaging activities.
  • Oversee compliance with health & safety, safeguarding, and camp policies.
  • Liaise professionally with parents, schools, and Let's Leap HQ.
  • Handle onsite administration, incident reporting, and daily record-keeping.
  • Inspire a positive, motivated team environment that reflects Let’s Leap values.
  • Ensure all activities run on time, staff are deployed effectively, and children are having an unforgettable experience.

About You:

  • Passionate about working with children and leading teams.
  • Experience in managing childcare, schools, camps, or similar environments.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Reliable, confident, and calm under pressure.
  • Available during school holidays.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety protocols.
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK and have been a UK/EU resident for the last 3 years.
