Executive Assistant & Business Support Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Redruth, Cornwall
Hours: 3 days per week
Pay: £13.25 per hour

About Us

We are a busy, growing business looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role, working closely with senior management and providing support across a range of business functions.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, proactive and can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • The ability to work independently and use initiative
  • A professional, trustworthy and confidential approach
  • Previous administrative, PA or executive support experience (preferred)

The Role

Working closely with the Managing Director, General Manager and Marketing Manager you will provide administrative, organisational and operational support across the business. No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing emails, correspondence and diary-related tasks
  • Maintaining records, documents, databases and spreadsheets
  • Assisting with marketing activities and promotional materials
  • Supporting general office administration and business operations
  • Coordinating purchases and business-related errands
  • Providing personal assistance to the Managing Director
  • Undertaking a variety of administrative and operational tasks
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business
