Shift pattern :07.00am - 15.00pm and 15.00pm - 22.00pm

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care in line with individual care plans
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support mobility needs and use manual handling equipment safely
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding where required
  • Administer medication according to care plans and company policies
  • Observe, record, and report changes in clients’ health or wellbeing
  • Encourage social engagement and support with community outings
  • Keep accurate daily logs and medication records
  • Work collaboratively with the wider care team
  • Follow all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in care is welcome but not essential — full training to Care Certificate level is provided
  • A compassionate, respectful, and reliable nature
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust
  • Confidence working independently and using initiative
  • A calm, problem-solving approach
  • Willingness to undertake further training and professional development
