Moorgate Training is a leading national provider of road safety training courses, delivering programmes across the UK on behalf of the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and UKROEd.

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Chesterfield. The role involves handling customer enquiries, booking clients onto courses, and providing technical support to customers attending online training.

This is a weekend-only role, ideal for someone looking for part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling)
  • Booking clients onto training courses
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries
  • Providing basic technical support to customers
  • Updating information on the company CRM system
  • Taking payments over the phone

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • Good basic IT skills
  • Organised and able to manage workload
  • Friendly and professional customer service approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Working hours are Saturday 7:45am - 1pm or 4pm and Sunday 7:45am - 4pm.
