Be the warm, professional voice on our sales calls and the reliable pair of hands that keeps our CRM accurate and moving, so every enquiry is handled brilliantly and nothing ever slips through the cracks.

Who we are

We are a matching service for homeowners who want a beautifully designed garden and contractors who want to work on those projects. We design gardens across the UK, Ireland and Marbella through three connected businesses.

Our clients invest serious money in their outdoor spaces, so every touchpoint has to feel premium and every detail has to be right. On the phone and behind the scenes, that's you.

What you'll do

On the calls

• Respond to every new enquiry fast — within 5 minutes in working hours — by phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Handle each call with warmth and confidence: understand what they want, position our offer properly, and make people feel instantly looked after.
• Qualify against a simple checklist (project, budget, timeframe, location) and book qualified prospects straight into the right diary so they are handed over warm.
• For callers who are ready to go, take the design fee there and then, let them skip the line and get started (and earn the commission for it).
• Follow up every lead that doesn't book first time in a polite but persistent manner.

Keeping the CRM tight

• Own our CRM. Every call, note, and next action logged the moment it happens. No memory, no sticky notes.
• Keep every lead in the right pipeline stage at all times, so the true picture is always one glance away.
• Make sure every enquiry has a next action and a follow-up date so nothing sits waiting, nothing goes cold.
• Keep contact data clean, tagged and de-duplicated so the marketing and the numbers can be trusted.
• Put a simple weekly picture in front of me from the leads in, calls made, consultations booked, and design fees taken.
• Be the calm, organised hub that keeps the whole sales engine running without the wheels falling off.

You'll thrive here if you are

• Well-spoken and warm on the phone so people instantly feel looked after.
• Meticulous, organised and you love a tidy system, so things don't slip on your watch.
• Sales-minded but never pushy... you book the consultation and take the fee when it's right, you don't hard-sell.
• CRM-confident and comfortable living in a CRM all day (training given) and quick to learn new tech and AI tools.
• Fast, reliable and you act on a lead in minutes, not hours, and you do what you say you'll do.
• Experience in sales administration, appointment setting, reception, estate agency, or hospitality but attitude and standards beat a CV here.
