Full job description

The UCS College Group Corporate Services seeks an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help coordinate transport services for our college group, working alongside the Transport Manager.

The Transport Services Administrator plays a key role in supporting the effective delivery of transport services across the College Group. Working closely with the Transport Manager, the postholder will coordinate and administer a range of transport operations, including student transport, college fleet vehicles, and inter-site travel arrangements, ensuring services are safe, compliant, efficient, and customer focused.

The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting regulatory compliance, managing transport-related systems and processes, and providing high-quality advice and support to students, parents, staff, and external providers to ensure transport services meet operational and educational needs.

Pay: £9,812.00 per year
