Job Summary

We are seeking seasonal Front of house staff to join our team at our restaurant in Porth near Newquay. Experience not essential, but desired.

Immediate Start

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas.

Experience

  • Background in bartending and waiting on tables is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry with a keen interest in food a drink
