PURPOSE STATEMENT

Own the test kitchen has a can do attitude towards proactive NPD and quality attributes with a flexible nature to deliver for our customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
Manage and prepare sample requests
Use comprehensive knowledge of the product, you will have the ability to highlight any quality issues and inform the relevant parties
To work alongside product developers to prepare and samples for product submissions
Must ensure the test kitchen is audit ready every day and all raw materials are replenished
Maintain the sample bank, ensuring all current products are correctly stored and always deliver on quality
Support on trials in the factory.
Set up shelf life samples.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Keen to develop a successful career in the bakery industry and fully participate in an internal development programme provided by Rich’s
Passion for food

Desirable

Experience of working in a food manufacturing facility
Practical bakery or catering experience
