Full job description

An experienced Production Pastry Chef is required for an upscale food retail concept based in Sevenoaks in Kent. The successful candidate will play a key role in the pastry team.

Salary Dependent on Experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Make best in class products to the required standards; ability to produce macarons is essential.
  • Keep Kitchen and Food Preparation areas clean and organized
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety, Food Hygiene procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Stock Control and cleanliness of ingredients and finished goods stores
  • Ensuring deliveries are put away properly

Candidate Profile & Experience

  • Experience as a Pastry Chef or Production Chef in a busy commercial kitchen ideal Positive and cheery disposition – ability to work with different personalities is a must
  • A Genuine Passion for delivering fantastic flavourful food
  • Flexible and adaptive – ability to work under changing conditions and under pressure is a must
  • Good communication skills and ability to take instruction promptly
  • Organised & Good attention to detail
