PAYROLL ADMINSITRATOR

START DATE: JULY 2026

FULL TIME

PERMANENT

We are seeking to appoint a professional, confident, numerate, and well-organised individual to join our Finance Team within the Priory Federation of Academies as a Payroll Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in developing a career in payroll. The role will support the delivery of our in-house monthly payroll, using a fully integrated payroll system (iTrent) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The role will involve providing payroll and pension support to the Academies and working closely with colleagues across the wider Finance and Central Service Teams. Applicants are to have experience of Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel, and achieved grade A*-C in both GCSE English and Maths or equivalent. Experience of payroll within an education setting would be of benefit.
