Full job description
Working with a wide network of clinical teams and partners, you’ll lead integrated nursing services so patients receive safe, high-quality care when they need it most.
You’ll play a key role in delivering community-based support across nursing services, helping people with long-term conditions and complex needs. Your leadership will ensure services run smoothly, meet quality standards and continue to improve for the future. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, clinicians and partners to deliver shared priorities and strong clinical governance.
What you’ll do:
Lead day-to-day operational management and clinical delivery across community nursing, out of hours, treatment rooms and palliative care services
Provide professional leadership and support to multidisciplinary teams
Promote safe, effective and evidence-based practice across all services
Support service improvement, workforce development and quality assurance
Contribute to prescribing practice and clinical decision-making where qualified
What we’re looking for:
A registered nurse with strong experience in community or integrated care
A background in palliative care with relevant practical experience
Proven leadership skills and ability to support teams and services
Knowledge of clinical governance and continuous improvement
Independent Nurse Prescriber qualification or willingness to develop
