Operations Manager – Supported Housing

Location: North Wales (agile working with regular travel across all services)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £48,000 per annum

Make a Difference Across North Wales

At North Wales Housing, we're transforming lives through great homes, quality services and support. We are looking for an experienced, values-driven leader to join our Supported Housing team as Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting some of the most vulnerable people across North Wales while leading high-quality, person-centred services that make a genuine difference every day.

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will contribute to the continued development of our Supported Housing services, helping to create environments where both the people we support and our colleagues can thrive. We are looking for a collaborative leader who is passionate about continuous improvement, partnership working and delivering excellent outcomes.

Our Candidate Information Pack provides much more than a job description. It offers an insight into North Wales Housing, our mission, values and culture, and the impact our Supported Housing services have across North Wales. You'll hear from our Head of Supported Housing, learn about our approach to leadership, understand the challenges and opportunities facing the sector and discover how we're investing in the development of our people.

The pack also outlines our Supported Housing Strategy, the breadth of services we deliver, the communities we support and the benefits of joining an organisation committed to creating communities where people love to live.

We strongly encourage all interested applicants to download and read the Candidate Information Pack before applying to gain a full understanding of the opportunity and life at North Wales Housing.
