Full job description

HR Advisor

Northfleet | Full Time | Permanent | £35,500 - £45,000

Please note, this role is office based and is to be worked on a night shift basis.

The role has capacity to be worked over 5 nights or 4 nights with longer hours. The working hours can have a degree of flexibility.

Our manufacturing client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their organisation to support their production team who work around the clock.

The role will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle but will also have a large focus on Employee Relations. Being first point of contact and working on a standalone basis, the ideal person will be confident and have gained a broad amount of generalist HR experience.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Strong advisory experience with good ER case work experience.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred along with experience of night working would be advantageous.
  • Confident, self starter and able to work in a standalone capacity.
