We’re looking for an ambitious and inspirational Head of People & Culture to shape and elevate our people agenda at Bluestone. Reporting to the Director of People Services, you’ll provide strategic leadership across the function, ensuring our people strategy supports our business objectives, Vision Canvas and long-term ambitions. This is a highly visible, site-based role for someone who brings energy, pace, curiosity and a genuine passion for people. You’ll lead and inspire our People & Culture team, work closely with senior leaders and Heads of Department, and use insight, data and expertise to influence, coach and challenge. You’ll turn strategy into practical action, anticipate future workforce and capability needs, and champion the Bluestone Way. If you’re a dynamic people leader who thrives on building relationships, making things happen and creating a culture where people can thrive, this is an opportunity to make your mark and help shape the future of Bluestone.
