## Job Summary

Reflect Productions, a performing arts school located in the heart of Merton Park, is seeking a passionate and dynamic Drama Teacher and/or Performing Arts' Teacher for our Autumn Term. This role offers the unique opportunity to nurture and develop the talents of our aspiring young performers, as we work towards our December Production of 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and prepare students for to perform as part of an end of term production

· Provide both group and individual tuition, tailored to the needs of each student.

· Collaborate with other lead teachers to share warm-up sessions for the whole school.

· Engage students with fun and creative games to conclude each session.

· Commit to all term dates: Saturdays - 10:15 am - 1:15 pm - as below:-

September 12th, 19th, 26th
October 10th, 17th, 24th
November 7th, 14th, 21st
December 12th

Plus full performance day - December 13th

The Ideal Candidate:

· Has proven experience in teaching dance and / or performing arts, to a range of ages and abilities.

· Holds a relevant qualification

· Demonstrates a strong ability to inspire and motivate students.

· Is comfortable with both group work and providing individual tuition.

· Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Have experience working with SEN (Special Educational Needs) students

· Holds a current enhanced DBS check
