About the Role

Do you have a passion for cooking and baking?

We are recruiting for a trusted cook or chef to join our team at our beautiful care home, who can provide nutritious meals for our lovely residents and occasionally cater for ad hoc special events such as 100th birthday celebrations and summer BBQ’s.

What You'll Need:

You will have experience in working in a kitchen and hold a Food Hygiene Certificate. Qualifications such as a NVQ level 3 or Diploma in Cookery are desirable and salary dependant but not essential.

We pride ourselves on recruiting honest individuals and who share our core values therefore, you will always strive for the highest standard of catering and will be passionate about food and understand the importance of good quality, home cooking to our residents.

This is a permanent and secure post with training and development opportunities plus great employee benefits.

Expected hours: 31.5 hrs per week on a 4 week rota
