Are you interested in the Property Sector and would you like to work for Shrewsbury's most respected and long established property management company, with a proactive and enthusiastic team? If so, read on as we would like to hear from you...

Cooper Green Pooks are Shrewsbury's leading Property Management company with a proud reputation for providing a first class, professional service, to Landlords and Tenants of both Residential and Commercial property.

This includes ensuring the tenancies run smoothly and comply with legislation, that the Landlords are kept up to date with key developments and that the properties remain in a good state of repair. It is a demanding, fast paced and varied role, with time spent both in the office and out visiting properties. It requires an organised approach, a positive attitude, first class communication skills and an ability to build and maintain rapport with a wide range of different personality types.

The role is full time and training is provided. We will sponsor Level 3 Arla Propertymark qualifications and pay for annual membership of the organisation.

Company pool cars are available when visiting properties, so a full, clean driving licence is preferred.
