Print Operator

Join Wipak UK, a leading producer of sustainable, innovative food packaging. Location: Welshpool Pay: From £42,727 per annum

Shift Pattern: 4 Shift Rotation 12-hour days & nights/36 hours per week

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Set up and operate flexographic printing machines

· Produce printed materials to required quality and specification standards

· Carry out quality checks throughout print process

· Adjust machine settings to optimise efficiency and minimise waste

· Follow safety procedures and basic maintenance

· Perform basic maintenance and maintain equipment cleanliness

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

· Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment

· Experience with automated processes (printing experience preferred)

· Strong attention to detail and quality standards

· Good attendance and time-keeping

· Strong communication skills

· Knowledge of 5S, TPM, Kaizen or Kanban
