REVILO Furniture is a growing UK-based manufacturer and supplier of high-quality office furniture. We design, manufacture and supply products to the commercial office furniture market, with a strong focus on quality, innovation and excellent customer service.

We are entering an exciting period of growth, with significant investment in our manufacturing capabilities, new products, machinery, technology and our team.

As part of this continued expansion, we are looking for a Production Operative to join our growing manufacturing team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join REVILO at an important stage of our growth and to develop your skills within a modern, technology-led furniture manufacturing environment.

You will be involved in the manufacture of a wide range of office furniture products, working with our recently invested HOMAG production equipment, as well as a range of other modern machinery.

Our current manufacturing operation includes:

• HOMAG SAWTEQ S-300 panel saw
• HOMAG EDGETEQ S-300 edge bander
• HOMAG DRILLTEQ V-200 CNC drilling and machining centre
• A range of additional machinery and equipment from other leading manufacturers

You will receive training on our machinery and production processes, with the opportunity to develop your technical skills and knowledge as you progress within the business.

Previous experience in manufacturing, woodworking, CNC machining or furniture production would be an advantage, but we are also interested in individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and supporting the operation of HOMAG and other production machinery.
• Preparing, processing and handling panels and components for furniture manufacture.
• Operating the SAWTEQ S-300 panel saw, EDGETEQ S-300 edge bander and DRILLTEQ V-200 CNC following appropriate training.
• Loading and unloading materials and components safely and efficiently.
• Following production drawings, cutting lists and manufacturing instructions.
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process.
• Ensuring components are manufactured accurately and to the required specification.
• Assisting with the assembly and finishing of furniture products when required.
• Identifying and reporting any quality, machinery or production issues.
• Keeping machinery, tools and the production area clean, organised and safe.
• Working efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Following all company health and safety procedures.
• Supporting other members of the production team where required.
• Contributing ideas to improve production processes, efficiency and quality.

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in producing a high-quality product.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, woodworking, furniture or CNC environment.
• An interest in modern machinery, technology and manufacturing.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• The ability to follow drawings, cutting lists and production instructions.
• A willingness to learn new machinery, processes and skills.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work to production deadlines.
• A strong approach to health and safety.

Experience operating CNC or woodworking machinery would be advantageous, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
