HGV Class 1 Driver
Thurrock| Up to £24.57 per hour | Temporary/Ongoing
Looking for steady work with a well-known national employer? Join Royal Mail as an HGV Class 1 Driver and enjoy reliable depot-to-depot driving, competitive pay and regular shifts.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Transport mail between Royal Mail depots
  • Follow planned routes with minimal loading or unloading
  • ⏰ Choose from morning, evening and weekend shifts
  • ✅ Complete vehicle safety checks before each shift
What You'll Need

  • Valid HGV Class 1 (Category CE) licence (held for at least 12 months)
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
  • At least 180 days of Class 1 driving experience within the last year.
  • No more than 6 penalty points
  • Able to pass DBS and vetting checks
  • Driving licence showing your current address
