Full job description
Check Services Ltd is looking for a technician to service our customers in the Monmouthshire / Newport area and across to Bristol and Gloucestershire, providing IPM to our food manufacturing businesses. Whilst the advert is targeted at Newport, we can be relatively flexible with your location.
We provide you with the equipment, technical & management support AND the time on site to do the work to a high standard.
It is a preferable for the applicant to have at least 1 year's experience in pest control, with a requirement for a minimum of the RSPH Level 2 Award / Certificate in Pest Management.
Training is ongoing for any applicant, both in-house and with external courses / certification. The successful applicant would have a strong network of support in place with technical officers / Biologists and area managers always available to help and support.
Strong problem solving abilities will be needed, as many of our clients operate under unique conditions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. The successful applicant must carry out their work to the highest standards.
