We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic gardener to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of horticulture and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our customers, including planting, pruning, fertilising, weeding, and other landscaping tasks. The successful candidate must also be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Plant, cultivate, and maintain gardens and grounds.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
  • Water plants and lawns as needed.
  • Identify and control weeds, pests, and diseases.
  • Prune shrubs and trees as needed.
  • Mulch gardens and flower beds.
  • Perform general landscape maintenance.
  • Prioritising tasks
  • Communicating effectively with clients
  • Supervise and manage assistant gardeners, providing support and guidance as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of gardening experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient use of common gardening tools
  • In depth knowledge of plants and a good understanding of horticulture
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Driving licence

PPE and Full Uniform are provided, immediate start available.

Salary is dependant on experience.
