Pest Express is currently seeking a motivated and friendly service technician to join our growing family business, no Experience is required for the role as training will be provided which will lead to pest control industry qualifications.

The Role:
You will mainly be working in Nottingham, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Northants and Staffordshire areas, but you will need to cover holiday and sickness in other areas.

Following training you will be confident to help the customer with their pest issue, attend and carry out routine pest control visits to new and ongoing contracts, carry out works which can often be working at height.

Your benefits are:

· Salary expectation: Start £20,000 plus overtime and Commission

· Vehicle and fuel card supplied

· Holidays 28 days including bank holidays

· Communicate in English to a good level verbally

· Complete reports with a good level of written English

Essentials:

· Staff must be over 25 (vehicle insurance requirement)

· Staff must have a clean car/van driving licence

· Staff must have a clean DBS register (Pest Express pay for the check)

· 35 hour working week plus overtime

· Pay is monthly in arrears

· Be available to work Saturdays when the business requires

· 6 months probationary period

• Able to train both theory and practical in-house and through qualification

· Staff wear masks & gloves (unless exempt) at all times when visiting clients

· Government guidelines are to be follow at all times during the working day

· Many of our clients are requesting that you have had both vaccinations, so will need to see you COVID Passport.
