We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team here at Graham Pest Control.
The ideal candidate will be ultimately responsible for generating more leads and bringing in new opportunities that are aligned with our business growth strategy.
This is a hybrid role which will involve travel throughout Scotland and offering a competitive renumeration package for the right candidate.

Key objectives of this role
- Contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums – this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing or meeting in person.
- Working strategically alongside the Business manager to help prospect and win commercial accounts for Graham Pest Control across Scotland.
- Stay fully up to date with the industry regulations, current marketplace and competitor services.
- Planning new marketing initiatives and attend networking events to meet with new prospect clients.
- Meet company guidelines on pricing to achieve margins.
- Always promote a positive image of Graham Pest Control, as the first point of contact and initial representative of the company. It is paramount that you promote the company’s core values, are responsive, smart, knowledgeable, helpful and provide honest recommendations and costs to all clients
Key requirements for the role
· Pest Control related experience is preferred.
· A strong understanding of the new business sales process and the ability to bring prospect clients to the table based on previous experience in other similar roles is essential.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
· Ability to adapt to our company culture effectively and work closely with our administration and service teams to ensure success.
