Purpose of the Role:
As a Pest Controller, you'll tackle pest issues in central London’s residential and commercial properties. You'll be in the field, solving client problems face-to-face, supported by our dedicated service delivery team.
Your Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough pest control surveys and inspections.
· Develop tailored treatment plans to eliminate pests effectively.
· Generate high-quality, on-site reports for clients.
· Manage traps and utilize appropriate chemicals for pest control.
· Estimate costs, handle invoicing, and ensure seamless client payments.
· Offer guidance on premises maintenance and hygiene.
· Provide safety instructions and maintain a professional, customer-centric approach.
Experience, Skills, & Knowledge:
· Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification
· Essential Skills/Knowledge:
· BPCA/RSPH Level 2 Pest Management certification
· COSHH awareness training certificate
· Clean full UK driving licence
· Exceptional communication and customer service skills
· Proactive problem-solving ability
