Nurture Pest Control are a long-established Pest control company with a great reputation for delivering a high-quality service, based upon training and teamwork.
We hold the Queen’s Royal Warrant for pest control services. Our people are our greatest asset and the key to our success. Nurture Pest Control is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Nurture Landscapes Group and we have exciting and ambitious plans for growth.
We require an Area Operations Manager to join our team, to support the service delivery and operations in the South West of the UK.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Area Operations Manager:
- Lead and motivate your teams and encourage high performance in all areas of the business including productivity, quality, sales and health and safety.
- Manage Profit & Loss responsibility within the region.
- To complete quarterly Team Leader performance reviews and set objectives for continual improvement.
- Ensure consistent and reliable service delivery - monitoring the state of service and allocating resources as needed.
- To arrange and conduct regional meetings, ensuring all colleagues within your region are supported and receive continual coaching and development.
- Dealing with and resolving customer complaints and holding review meetings with clients.
- Ensuring technicians meet targets for submission and conversion of sales leads.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Full Driving license
- Have excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Qualification - RSPH Level 2 Pest control
- Have the ability to work effectively and independently
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
